In the app

Open the app, go to Account and tap Delete account. You will be asked to confirm. Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

By request

If you cannot reach the app — the phone is lost, or you can no longer sign in — write to contact@juniorai.net from the address the account uses. We answer within 30 days and may ask for information that confirms the account is yours.

What is deleted

• the account and the sign-in identity behind it;
• the history of questions, the models' answers and the results;
• questions the service declined to analyse;
• the devices linked to the account;
• purchase records, together with any unused paid questions.

What is kept

A record of what each model call cost us, with its link to the question removed. It holds no question text and cannot be traced back to a person; it is accounting, kept as long as the law requires records of that kind.

How long it takes

Data is removed from the live database at once. Backup copies are rotated daily and hold the last fourteen days, so deleted data leaves them within fourteen days at the latest.
