Terms of Use

General provisions

These Terms govern the use of the Yes and No service (the "Service"), provided by JUNIOR ENTERTAINMENT MMC (the "Operator"). Beginning to use the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms by the person using it (the "User").

1. Subject matter and nature of the Service

The Service submits the User's question to several independent artificial intelligence models and displays the extent to which their answers agree. The result is a measure of agreement between the models — the arithmetic mean of the answers received. That measure is not a probability of an event, a forecast or a prediction, and reflects only the distribution of the models' answers.

2. No advisory character

The results provided by the Service do not constitute financial, legal, medical, investment or other professional advice and may not be treated as a recommendation to take any action. Models make errors and operate on outdated information. Decisions taken by the User on the basis of the results are taken independently and at the User's own responsibility.

3. Account

Use of the Service requires an account. Sign-in is by a link sent to an email address, or through the Apple or Google services. Password authentication is not used; passwords are neither created nor stored by the Operator.

One person corresponds to one account. Creating accounts in order to circumvent the established limits is not permitted.

4. Payment

Questions are purchased in packs. Payment is processed through the application stores (App Store, Google Play) on their terms; refunds are made in the manner established by the store concerned. Purchased questions are not time-limited. The Operator may change the price of the packs; a change of price does not apply to questions already paid for.

5. Permitted use

The following are not permitted: automated access to the Service (by means of scripts, robots or data-extraction tools), circumvention of the established limits on the number of requests, resale of access, and the submission of requests intended to cause harm to third parties or to breach the law.

Requests are subject to rate limits and to an overall daily limit, which may be changed by the Operator.

6. Availability of the Service

The Service is provided "as is". Continuity of operation is not guaranteed: third-party model providers may be unavailable or return errors. Where a request was not processed as a result of a technical failure, the question deducted is returned to the account balance.

7. User content

Rights in the content of questions remain with the User. In order to produce an answer, the text of the question is transmitted to the third-party providers identified in the Privacy Policy; by submitting a question, the User grants the Operator the right to make that transmission. Information whose transmission to third parties is undesirable — including passwords, medical information and the personal data of third parties — should not be entered.

Material published by the Operator on the Service's home screen is produced by the Service itself and bears no relation to Users' questions.

8. Termination

The User may at any time delete the account in the app and, where the app cannot be reached, by contacting the Operator. The procedure is set out on the account deletion page. The Operator may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms, in particular automated access or circumvention of the established limits. Where access is terminated at the Operator's initiative in the absence of a breach by the User, unused paid questions are compensated. Money is refunded by the application store through which the purchase was made.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator's liability for losses connected with use of the Service is limited to the amount paid by the User over the preceding month. The Operator is not liable for decisions taken by the User on the basis of the measure displayed.

10. Age restrictions

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18.

11. Changes to these Terms

The Operator may amend these Terms. When the edition changes, the app asks for acceptance at the next launch; paid actions are unavailable until it is given. The applicable edition and its date are shown at the top of this document.

12. Governing law and details

The Service is provided by JUNIOR ENTERTAINMENT MMC, [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. The governing law is the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Enquiries: contact@juniorai.net.
